As sisters in Christ, led by the Holy Spirit, we dedicate ourselves to serve God by using the gifts we have received to reach out to others.
As Union Women, we affirm our relationship with the Triune God through prayer, study, and love, so that we may use our gifts to serve others. Union Women commit themselves to: 1) Come together for prayer, study, support, and action; 2) Participate in the ministry of women beyond the church congregation; 3) Support financially the programs of Union Women, Carolinas Lutheran Women (CLW), and Women of the NALC (WNALC); and 4) Designate leadership that shall be in communication with other church women’s organizations and church organizations.
Union Women consists of two women’s groups that meet once a month. Officers consists of President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. An organizational meeting is held each year in January. Executive meetings are held prior to bi-annual meetings in June and December. All women of Union Lutheran Church are considered “Union Women.”

A shared Youth Ministry has been formed with Salem Lutheran Church of Salisbury. There are two youth groups – Little Lutherans (1st through 5th grade) and Quest (6th through 12th grade).
Generally, both groups meet the afternoon of the second and fourth Sundays of the month. It’s a great way for our youth members to grow in faith.
